We collect both “Personal Data” and “Non-Personal Data” about you and will Process this data for the duration of the websites:

At any time, you may log in and remove it.

3.2. Non-Personal Data:

  • Browser and device information: location, device type, model, number, type of browser or operating system, the time and date of access, browsing activity, screen resolution, plug-ins, add-ons and the version of the websites you are using, and other information that does not personally identify you.

  • Information from your use of the websites and information from other sources: I may receive information about how and when you use the websites, store it in log files or other types of files associated with your account and link it to other information I collect about you.

4. Purposes of Processing

4.1. I collect information to provide general statistics regarding use of the websites, to understand demographics, interests and needs, and other trends among users.

4.2. I collect information to send information about the websites, customized informational or promotional content according to marketing preferences, and for other business purposes.

4.3. I may combine Personal Data with other information I Process to customize informational content and enhance my ability to provide high quality content, improve targeting or to develop and provide you with more relevant products and features in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

5.2. Third-party services for analytics:

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google utilizes the Data collected to track and examine the use of this Application, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google Services. Google may use the Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

5.3. Third-party services for content commenting

Disqus is a content commenting service provided by Big Heads Labs Inc.

5.4. Third-party services for managing contacts and sending messages

MailerLite is an email address management and message sending service provided by UAB “Mailerlite”.

Personal Data collected: email address; first name; last name.
Place of processing: Lithuania – Privacy Policy.

5.5. Third-party services for managing data collection and online surveys

Hotjar surveys is a survey builder and data collection platform provided by Hotjar Ltd.

Hotjar surveys may use cookies to track User behavior. Hotjar surveys respects the Do Not Track option available in most modern browsers that, if activated, sends a special signal to stop tracking User activity. 5.6. Third-party services for hosting and backend infrastructure

Netlify is a hosting service provided by Netlify, Inc.

Personal Data collected: Data communicated while using the service; various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.
Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy.

6. Transferring to third-party companies

6.1. I will never sell, rent, or lease your Personal Data to a third party, but I may share collected information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy with third-parties that help us provide, improve, promote or support websites, that help with my business operations and assist in the delivery of my websites, or who performing websites for us, in order to prevent damage to my property or for safety reasons, for example, hosting websites, analytics, content delivery websites, advertising partners, etc., in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. I may also share information with third parties if required to do so by law.

6.2. I may disclose Non-Personal Data for any purpose because this information cannot be used to identify you or another person.

7. Email communications & opting out

Based on the Personal Data that you provide us, I may send you updates and other promotional communications. Every email will contain a link to be able to opt-out of receiving it.

8. Safety of your information

We take reasonable precautions, technical and organizational security measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, follows industry best practices in order to protect your Personal Data from any unauthorized or unlawful breach of security that leads to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of or access to Personal Data and to preserve the security and confidentiality of the data. However, these measures do not guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such precautions. By using my websites, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to assume these risks.

As part of blog posts or other materials on my websites, I may provide links to or compatibility with other sites or applications. However, I am not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those sites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by me through my websites. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of third-party sites accessed by selecting a link via my websites. I encourage my users to read the privacy statements of other sites before proceeding to use them.

10. Business transfers

In the event I undergo a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of my assets, your Personal Data may be among the assets transferred. You acknowledge and consent that such transfers may occur and are permitted by this Privacy Policy, and that any acquirer of my assets may continue to Process your Personal Data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If I decide to change this Privacy Policy, I will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information I collect, how I use it, and under what circumstances I disclose it. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and I suggest that you check this Privacy Policy periodically if you are concerned about how your information is used.
